1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Verdia, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Verdia is a freemium AI-powered plant diagnosis application. The first five diagnoses are free; unlimited access requires a subscription.

3. AI Transparency

Verdia uses automated artificial intelligence systems, including Google Gemini API. No human review is conducted before results are delivered.

• Outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.
• The service does not provide professional advice.
• Users are solely responsible for decisions based on AI results.

4. Subscriptions

• Monthly and annual subscriptions available.
• Cancellation via Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds managed exclusively by Google Play Store.

5. Android Permissions

• Camera – plant image capture
• Internet – AI processing
• Notifications – irrigation reminders
• Exact Alarm – precise scheduling
• Boot Receiver – restore reminders after restart

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdia and its developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including plant damage, incorrect toxicity identification, allergic reactions, pet harm, economic loss, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.

If the service is free, maximum liability shall not exceed €0. If paid, liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.

El servicio se proporciona “TAL CUAL”. No se garantiza exactitud ni seguridad respecto a toxicidad o consumo. La responsabilidad máxima será 0 € si es gratuito o el importe pagado en los últimos 12 meses si existe suscripción.
